I wasnt going to part out- but just sold my down pipes and still have ETS intercooler ( perfect shape) and ER charge pipe with Tial BOV for N54.

Both shipped to you for $800. That less than just the intercooler will cost you.. and trust me, not worth spending the money for new.. I wish I would had found used ones.
