BMW Seattle is simply excellent. I just brought my car there and the service manager Shannon drove me to work because the shuttle was running behind. He then personally asked one of service guys to pick me up to retrieve my 335 vert. WOW! Bellevue is the polar opposite. I will never bring my car to Bellevue. You are asking for trouble and frustration.

Ok, guys.
so many of you guys recommended NWBMW but due to geographical reason, I made an appointment with BMW of Seattle on next Tuesday. I gave them 3 weeks notice and they told me they will not only do oil-change/HPFP replace but also get me a loaner as well which sounds great so far. I'll update with the result when I come back from the dealer next week. BTW, anybody went with dinan flash up in WA area? |
