My new subtle front end mod :)

Evening all!

Heres some pictures of my new front end mod. Its the BMW Performance Carbon Lips sprayed Sapphire Black.

Next on the list is black grilles. Just got to decide on Sapphire Black, Black, or Matt Black. Hmmm......

Nice! Really sux that they dont have this for the coupes. I really want that.

Nope. They have these big, ill fitting splitters in carbon fiber that I can paint black. But not the sleeker ones that you have.

As for the grille, I suggest the bmw performance ones if they have it for your model. The other ones are nice and a bit cheaper but the bmw ones look better to me. I switched from matte to the performance ones.

They do Aero lip for the coupe. I'm getting these at some point. Will keep them CF I think. How much for them if you don't mind me asking...? What's installation like?

Are the BMW Performance ones sprayed? I will have a look the the brochure see if they're in there.

I got them off Phil Cafe.Racer in Carbon Fibre but I decided to get them sprayed for the more subtle look as I wasn't 100% sure on the Carbon. You can get them off ebay for about £100 all in.

Fitting is a 5min job. You loosen two small bolts under the front of the bumper then clip them in place and re do the bolts. They fit so snug they would hold themselves there!

The bmw performance grilles I have look like black shiny plastic. I dont think they are painted but black plastic. There is painted, matte, black chrome, and bmw performance. I think the bmw ones have the best black. Check the pics and see which color you like best.

He only sold the one set. If you do a search on ebay you will find loads to choose from. They all look identical!
