See if you can swap one the smaller turbos from a M550d.
I wouldn't replace the larger turbo on the 335d as there is plenty of lag anyway and you don't need anymore than the factory already thought it's adequate.
I really don't know the specs for M550d so you have to do your research.
Maybe try a different turbo solenoid to give you a more constant boost across the RPM range and all together it's possible to have more power above 3000RPM.
Hopefully the tranny will not crap out.

Well, first I hope it was your passenger that was doing the filming...

At that power range you really need to be upgrading the low pressure (larger) turbo.

What are your goals? What are you doing with the car? More power is a little vague..
Is it a drag car, touring car, etc...
Most people focus on boost ie psi.
Boost is a by product of flow, more boost means more cfm...Cfm means needs more fuel, more fueling means more cooling... etc....
Smaller turbo (hp) means maximum boost sooner, good for drag racing, auto crossing etc.
Bigger (lp) turbo means higher top end, higher highway speed, more over all power etc... High hp numbers are not the whole enchilada..
What do you want to do?What are your goals? Besides more power....
