hey i was wondering if i could maybe just meet you guys since i live in calabasas which i would have to back track to meet you guys so my plan was to just wait somwhere near by and maybe have one of you guys call my cell and i would hop on the freeway

Hey, ummm 0530! you'll be there by 0700.

Is that your target? Are you guys that horny to get there so early? I know CHP, bla, bla bla... they'll be out in force at all hours. Stay in lane 3 and you won't have any problems. You'll be 1 hour away from Santa Barbara when you hit hwy 23.

I'm out of the caravan. I'll roll in late morning or something.

Well, some of these guys have a car that will be displayed at a booth, so yeah...they do need to get there really early for prep and display purposes. The caravan is just an excuse to get some people together that would like to avoid all drama, and do not mind getting there extra early. For everyone else...there will be later caravans to join into.

Just so that you all know, I went on the post-Bimmerfest Caravan last year, and with all the cars, everyone was doing their own thing, hanging out of sunroofs, driving as fast as they could, not giving a hoot about who they are with, it was chaos. So unless you know who you are caravaning with, good luck with hanging as a group.
