Run Flat Tire low pressure

Had 1 nail on my rear run flats tire. Does anyone know where to fix it in O.C? Thanks!

American Tires said they didn't do it on this 2 brands Continental and Pirelli. I went to mom and pop shop, they fixed it for $10 buck. It's look OK now, but don't know if it is safe to drive.
