Ok so we've got plenty of interest, and more than one person with hardware. I'm gonna throw out an couple options on dates and lets discuss what works best. We can narrow it down to the weekend, and then a specific day.

February 17th (Friday) or 18th (Saturday)

February 23rd (Friday) or 24th (Saturday)

I know it'll probably cold, but this gets us together sooner than later and it gives us a few weeks to put in our requests at work.

My vote is for the 17th-18th weekend!

Edit: Added poll!

I have coded most of this list before. My car has almost all of this working, so if you want to see it before touching your car let me know.

The Ejection of Key when car turned off does not work on my car.

If you want the sunroof-close-when-rain-detected thing - it works as advertised. but in order to get the sunroof open again you have to cycle the ignition.. kind of lame IMO

The only thing i haven't messed with (on this list) is the Welcome lighting. If you guys want welcome light mods please research the values you need, or find other threads with the variables. It takes a bunch of time to fumble around for the correct settings - and the names are all in abbreviated german !

Another popular one is enabling Video / DVD playback when the car is moving, and when the car is not in Park. this one requires use of a more dangerous technique.

I'll provide free coding - but only to those that agree that i'm not personally liable for any damages, tickets, warrantee issues, etc. I have only coded three cars - I am not an expert or a professional - be warned!

Who is organizing a location?

- Ejection of key when car turned off
- Set Moonroof/windows To Close When Rain Is Detected
- Allow Windows To Move Up & Down Even w/ Door Interruption
- Allow Wipers To Complete Cycle After Car Is Turned Off
- Welcome Light Activation (Fading On/Off Of Angel Eyes, Fog Lights, Rear Fogs, Under Door Handle, & Xenon's To Fire Up When Welcome Lights Are Activated)
- Set Sensitivity of Turning Adaptive Headlights In iDrive & Instrument Cluster
- Add Digital Velocity

Sorry for the list, this is what I've been trying to do but haven't found anyone around my area =( I'll make this meet if it happens!

Good to know! As long as I see you code another BMW, you'll have my trust. As far as location, I have no idea. If we did it at someone's garage/neighborhood, we would have more room to have food and drinks. Anyone wanna volunteer?

Nice man. Does noon-isn work for everyone? My god daughter has a christening that day so I'd like to be done by the afternoon. That's also perfect lunch time!
