Does it come with instrcutions on where to cut?

yes, when the flap is closed, i still get burble from the passenger side and i can barely hear it when windows are up and music on. if i'm driving next to a building with window down, then it is very clear and decent noise level of burbling. if flap is opened and holding gear to 2-3k rpm next to a building, "pop pop pop gru gru gru...." that sound soooooooo sweet and loud.

I loooovvveee getting some gurgle, I'm probably gonna go with this when I decide to spend the money.
