Well, long story short, my e92 was sandwiched between 2 semi trucks last Friday There was a stop and go on a feeway due to the weather and another accident. While we were stopping, the truck behind me couldn't stop and crashed into my car and pushed it into the truck in front. As a result, my front damage was more serve than my rear. Definitely going to need new front bumper, hood, headlights and fans, etc. I will be contacting the adjuster tomorrow and would like to know the followings beforehand:

1) With MN insurance law, is the insurance required to repair with OEM parts?
2) What is the chance of having damages to the subframe? Alignment?
3) What are the things I should pay attention to or bring up with the adjuster?
4) Any recommendation on aftermarket bumpers? Like M-Tech?

Get the Mtech front bumper or the m3. Look up different ones all preference.

Thanks, planning to get the M-Tech from EuropenAutoPartStore on Ebay, a lot of positive feedback on them. Still need to decide on what to get for rear bumper.
