fuel pump AGAIN!

so about 2 months ago i had my fuel pump replaced, everything has been fine until last night... i get into my car and the car wont start or it takes awhile for it start and then it would just turn off... i had to get it towed last night and sent to open road bmw in edison and they called today and told me it was the fuel pump again... I keep getting this bad feeling this problem is going to continue and if it does any ideas of what i should do ?

Nothing you can really do except lemon the car if/when it becomes applicable.
