Offset for 2010 pre-LCI E92
Hi all,
I'm about to order custom wheels for my 2010 pre-LCI E92 M-sport (sport suspension). Looking to run 18" staggered PSS, F: 8.5x18 235/40/18 and R: 10x18 265/35/18. After lots of searching I can't figure out what the minimum offsets I can run are. My original wheels are OEM type 225 F: 8x19 ET 37 and R: 9x19 ET 39. What is the most aggressive offset I can run on the new 18s without rolling, cutting, etc... I found someone with same setup F:8.5x18 and R:10x18 running F: ET 30 and R: ET 33 but that was on an E90, not E92. Thanks- |

We recommend ET35 front and ET38 rear generally. You might be able to go with lower offsets than that if you're on stock suspension, but the Michelins run a bit wide compared to say, Hankooks.
With the ET35 fronts you're looking at 8mm further out than what you have now, and with ET38 rear you're looking at 14mm further out than what you have now.
