Decipher this log please, MHD Stage 2+

**07 335i, FBO, MHD Stage 2+, 93Oct, 3rd gear pull, DSC off**

https://datazap.me/u/kazbek1/1st-log...Rub6KoGmSVCbQY

Would someone mind deciphering this log for me? I've noticed there's noticeably more lag when I step on it than usual. It was around 95F when I logged this too so the heat may have something to do with it. I was flooring it but the pedal position shows otherwise for some reason. Just doesn't seem to be running at 100%. Also, my DCIs are louder than usual but don't seem to be leaking.

Thanks in advance!

Your turbo's taking about 800rpm+ to reach boost targets,

Wastegates could be worn, do you have wastegate rattle fix applied?

Yep..... according to the log, he stomps the throttle and then starts letting off the gas as the boost comes on. Hard to really tell much from that log.

OP...you need to do a full throttle log from 2,500 rpms in 2nd gear all the way until 6,000rpms and then start letting off the gas.

Yea I have the wastegate fix on all the way. I don't think it's helping much though. I still hear it rattle when I let off till around 1800 RPM. I recently adjusted the nut too so maybe I need to consider replacing the rod itself.

At what RPM range should I see the turbos hit target boost?

See, I could've sworn I had my foot mashing the gas the entire time. Maybe I was letting up without realizing it? I'll try again and post the updated log on here. I started in 3rd gear around 40mph (didn't pay attention to what the RPMs were but probaby around 3000ish. SHould I try 2nd gear @ 25000 RPM, redline it, shift into 3rd, redline, then shift to 4th and end the log?

Yea, I noticed that on the log too but I was certain my foot was glued to that pedal the entire time. Kinda weird that I would ease off the gas but who knows, maybe I did it without knowing. I'll try again and post the updated log here.

That's probably why you have so much lag. Any software Wastegate rattle fix introduces lag to eliminate rattle, the more you have applied % the greater the lag.

Turbos should hit boost quickly from about 2.5k to 3k, within about 500 rpm from the time you go on WOT.

If manually adjusting still didn't help reduce the rattle, then yes they are probably shot.

He was WOT from about 2700rpm to 4000rpm, according to the logs (throttle pinned at 81% which is max throttle)

That was more than enough revs for boost to build.

Hmmmm I've had the fix on forever but I'll deactivate it during my next run. I guess if I still hear it even with the fix activated, I might as well just turn it off.

I forgot to mention that I did cut off the original intake manifold nipple and tapped a larger 1/4" brass NPT fitting so I could run a 4mm vacuum line from the manifold to the BOV instead of the 3mm. Not sure if that affects lag or not.

If it doesn't get rid of the rattle, just turn it off, relog afterwards and see how many rpm it takes to reach boost target from 2.5k onwards. If it doesn't make any difference then its not the rattle fix causing the lag,

If your BOV line was causing problems, i would expect some sort of a boost leak, from your Datalog or doesn't look like you have boost leak.
