For sale is my first car and I am very sad to see it go. However, being a student I need to refocus my priorities first and that's why I am selling it. I bought the car in August 2012 and have kept it in pristine condition since day 1. Oil changes have been done every 6-8,000 kms with the very best oil imported directly from Germany (Liquimoly). I have filled up nothing less than 91 octane in Canada, 92 in the States, and 94 at Chevron. Car was and currently is still driven by an individual who is mature, knowledgeable, and respects individual and others' property. Other than that I have all maintenance and repair records ever since I bought the car.

There are some small scratches and rock chips here and there but very minor and normal on an 8 year vehicle that has been maintained immaculately. There is curb rash on 2-3 of the wheels. One other thing to note is there is a small rip on the leatherette on the driver's seat and also a scratch on the right side skirt towards the back (roughly 2-3 inches). I was quoted $300 to get it fixed so either I can get it fixed or I can deduct $300 from the price (pictures of this scratch are attached).

As the pictures might suggest, I am a car enthusiast and the car is quite heavily modded (only exterior, no engine). No E-Bay or cheap Home Depot car parts here. Every modification done to the car has been either directly from BMW or from a reputable car shop in Greater Vancouver. I have spent over $6,000 in modifying the car alone. Just in case you are wondering, everything done has been cosmetic, the engine is untouched and 100% stock.
