Are you wanting an LED bulb or LED rings where you have to take your headlight assembly apart or send in to a company to do it?

LED bulb! I have the rings, they're just yellow right now.

LUX and Mtech bulbs are the brightest and light both rings well. Otherwise I am running the 20w Cree bulbs from bmwled.net and they are bright but dont light the outer ring as well as the others.

I experimented with lots of them before finally pulling the trigger on Umnitza Predator Orion v2 LED rings. Costs a few bucks more but totally worth it! It also allows you to black out the inside of the headlights.

So you're saying your aftermarket LED rings became yellow?!

My LUX V3's lit up the outer ring the same as my Cree 20w/32w angel eye LED's, the main difference is that the LUX is slightly more blue but still at the same brightness. That little slight change from sunlight white (Cree) to ~5800k slight blue (LUX V3) makes a HUGE difference in the sun.

Currently planning to do custom work to my headlights like blacking it out, rings and etc.

the OP has a E90 Sedan, pre-lci so the LUX H8 V3's wont work. We do currently offer the LUX E90 V5.2 angel eyes which are the brightest angel eyes that we have been able to make yet.
