Russel BMW Savings Card

Has anyone received the email like below ?? Russel BMW indicated a savings Card but I do not understand terminology so well. Do they mean the car only take 15% off of the bill maxed out at $1000 or it is a really $1000 credit to use at Russel BMW (too good to be true). Thanks for any input.

it's not $1000 credit use towards your purchase.
Got one of these from mbenz and got excited but to find out it's only 15% savings card that can max out at $1000 savings.

not really big promo unless you have to buy parts and can save you 15% anytime!

What i'm saying is, to use the entire $1000 you will need to spend over $6K.
That is a lot of dough!

Still a thumbs up for Russel.
BMW CCA only gets you 10% on parts.
