Just give it some time while it gets some fine tuning.
You can only do so much work without proper real world loads on the site. So no, not at all a fail.

I hope they sort it, but for now it has alot of issues and apparently missing (paid for) adverts.
It doesn't look like anyone with an ipad tested it. That's a real shame and that won't be resolved unless its totally redesigned - which seems unlikely. I take it you work in IT and are used to telling your users when they are "wrong"

I'm not finding it slow, just not very intuitive - having to remove filters etc.
I guess they have gone corporate now and are chasing the autotrader market

This is what happens when you get an IT person to design and build your site. It probably works okay in IE but nothing else. The user interface is unintuitive and badly organised and the listings are poorly formatted with the price not set as a separate field from the item description.
I hope it improves because it has to but it's clear that it was either designed inhouse or they chose an agency that doesn't employ a decent user experience designer and there has been little to no cross platform testing. I'm a creative director at a digital agency and if our company had launched something like this people would be getting given their marching orders today. It's a fail. |

I put mine on there last week, cost me a tenner. Now i can't log in to my ad, and i'm apparently in Berkshire. Thrilled.

Apparently of 90 odd thousand ads, only 13k are viewable.
Hope I'm wrong, but can't see it ever being as fast as it was with all the fluff and pointless animation.

Trying to search motors last night. Most pages clicked on never loaded up, the look and feel is not very intuitive and yes it looks like they are going down the Autotrader route which will mean too many shit dealer ads and not quality private sales.

Utter rubbish. My colleague's ad is there but he can't access it and his name and location have changed. My advert has vanished completely, not that I'm too fussed as I spent a week not being able to mark it as sold.
And now it doesn't seem compatible with my work's web browser, lunchtimes are going to be dull |

I see PH ads have gone back to the original layout and all the ads have appeared again.
If that doesn't class as an epic fail now, I don't know what does |
