Front coilover clearance? Fitment Question
I am looking to buy wheels. Sizes are as follows.
Fronts: 18x9 ET42 Rear: 18x10 ET25 I know the rear will take a little massaging to fit, but that doesn't concern me. What I want to know is if 18x9 with 42 offset will clear the front suspension without spacers. Thanks for the input! |

9 +38 will have 2mm of clearance at the strut which is all you need pending on how low you go and if your tire is stretched.
A 3-5mm spacer/shim will work for you.

Thanks guys. I just wanted to know if I could slide without a front spacer. Already had an annoying experience with that on my Volks. Would rather just buy lower offset wheels. Thanks!
