Front coilover clearance? Fitment Question

I am looking to buy wheels. Sizes are as follows.
Fronts: 18x9 ET42
Rear: 18x10 ET25

I know the rear will take a little massaging to fit, but that doesn't concern me.

What I want to know is if 18x9 with 42 offset will clear the front suspension without spacers.

Thanks for the input!

9 +38 will have 2mm of clearance at the strut which is all you need pending on how low you go and if your tire is stretched.

A 3-5mm spacer/shim will work for you.

Thanks guys. I just wanted to know if I could slide without a front spacer. Already had an annoying experience with that on my Volks. Would rather just buy lower offset wheels. Thanks!

Yup.. wheels that require spacers just to clear suck. Get something that fits properly.
