Billy tweeters are pluged in to midrange speaker , mids have two connectors one for signal from radio another one is for plug teweeter


All you need is new trims around doors for E90 I paid £47 E91 same one
And of course tweeters

Yes it does,thankyou.Happy with the subs you supplied by the way.
Ended up removing the seats to access all of the screws,but was a 30 minute job once I'd realised this!

hi Tom, got my tweeters on saturday,thank you for the quick postage.
quick question though, when i had the alpine upgrade the tweeters came with a cross over that plugged into the mids.

i don't see any cross overs with the l7 tweeters, do they work slightly different from the HiFi mids and tweeters?

Are Logic7 speakers an upgrade to the standard setup? If so, worthwhile ? I've only got Professional Radio without idrive

AKY , yes it is upgrade .
I have E90 with Professional Radio only without i-Drive is well and I have upgraded all speakers from basic to L7 ones .

Is worth to do it -sound effect imrpove (bass , trebles)

To do total Logic7 upgrade is bit more to do , Logic7 amp and 13 speakers all together .

I use to have , Radio PRO plus 6 speakers - 4x mids and 2x underseats subs.

Now I have 10 speakers , I've added 4xtweeters Logic7 and replace all rest speakers by Logic7 speakers .

Few peeps on forum upgraded only speakers for L7 and as far as I know they happy is well.

Are the mids easy to switch? i.e. Screwed into the doorcards / rear-shelf or are they glued in?

They only srewed 3x 8mm nuts . and thats all.

Tom - very interested in the door mids. I have a pre-lci E90, pro HU and basic speakers. Are they a straight swap? I want a bit more bass in my system so was thinking of changing the under seat woofers - do you think the mids will help as well??

I dont think they do a lot with bass , better idea is change underseats subs

Just fitted these and what a difference to the quality and position of the sound - still can't believe that BMW sell a £40k car without simple things such as door tweeters as standard.

Anyway - you can add me to the like of mistryn & premaru as a satisfied customer.

Hi Tom,
I am after a pair of L7 Tweeters for my e92 335d when available, currently has bulk standard system with 2 underseat subs. Have just gone and got myself new meshed fittings.

From what I have read L7 tweeters should plug into standard 3 series mids?
