Point noted, and totally agree.
Here in S.E. Asia I often see cars with heavy body-kits, spoilers, LEDs, speakers, etc. but with untouched engines, rusty old drum brakes, and so forth. Always makes me smile.. :-)

^ The "individual" will go out the window then. With price tag attached you can see the only reason they even exist. Having what others may never is the very reason people pay so much in the first place.

Your typical oil change over here will set you back 200 to 300 euros for most BMW's. And that is not a service. Just an simple oil change.

Now that seems crazy to me. Is the cost of the oil that much higher, or is most of the cost going to the labor of the oil change? I'm glad I do my own oil changes.

Most Germans only change their oil once per year. Most Germans only keep a new car for two years - then get a new one. Because at the end of two years... it will need another service(more $$$) brakes and maybe tires. That is a few G's over here. BMW oil seen at a Factory run dealer in Munich...

Leaving these cars in stock form with these colours does NOT work. They will really come alive with some tasteful modifications:
1. Balance the brash color with black (remove all chrome trim) 2. eliminate wheel gaps and sunk in wheels with upgrades or spacers Also in line with my theory, I feel they are better suited to M models. The yellow on a stock e92 reminds me of a Chevy |
