Cobb Beta Race Map on 93 octane + 50/50 meth - my logs

Looks pretty good to me, aside from some boost over target which is also present in the non-meth maps. Any idea what maps should I modify in ATR to avoid the throttle closures ? There are so many WGDC-related tables The problems I see are so minor that I am a bit reluctant to pay for an e-tune, maybe I can solve them myself ?

Log Boost setpoint factor and MAF req WGDC and then back off the values(try a factor of 0.9) in the WGDC base table where the boost overshoots occur.

Unfortunately, now that I took a closer look, there are timing corrections on some cylinders. Two logs attached (rename to CSV). The first one (log1.csv) looks bad, but the second one looks quite ok to me (log2.csv)

What is strange is that may timing corrections begin just after the shifts, and stay like that. Would those be considered "bad" ?

second log looks good to me . first one has quite high correction.
I would lower Timings by 2 degrees from 3K-7K on highest load column and try again logging. Add STFT as well.

Funny you should mention that. There are a couple active threads on another forum (and some mention of it here, too) on this very topic. Cobb said that they were not aware of it, but are now on the case. It would not hurt if you emailed them about it and shared your log/map.

Other protuners say that it can be tuned out, but the method by which this is done varies from car to car. The leading theory is that timing jumps up high in the off-throttle/boost onset area, suddenly dropping when the car is WOT and in higher load columns. This disparity causes knock, which kills your next gear power.

And yes, this happens even if you have repeated perfect runs in said next gear from a roll (like one usually logs).
