Any way to tell if car was a euro delivery?

I was cleaning my car the other day and decided to pull up and vacuum under the backseats. So besides finding a bunch of change a new contact i found a 50 Euro. Kind of odd i would say, is there any way to see if my car was Euro delivered? Any stickers or indicators anywhere? Kinda curious

Yeah, but I am actually willing to work for it, not expect it to be handed to me for nothing.

Check if it was made in Germany or actual European Delivery?

European delivered cars will have a triangle holder in the trunk (mine is in the top left in a blue box), and a first aid kit. Front bumpers will be drilled for plate holder (moot point if your state requires front plates). The maroney tag will reflect a different MSRP.

That's about all I can think of.

Not exactly ..... no first aid kit now, front bumpers not drilled .... two sided tape used for the ED tag.

The Maroney sticker if that can be accessed in any way would show an individual name as the US delivery rather than a dealer name plus the MSRP would be less than US price.

What's changed since late 07 I don't know... I just speak of my own personal experience back then.

Agreed on delivery name and MSRP price for maroney.

It's a shame about my bumper holes. I still have them to this day.

The biggest give away will be the triangle holder then in the trunk then.

My euro delivery has no bumper holes, they changed it to 2 way tape due to complaints. My pickup was last week November 2007 at welt and no holes!

Think it is put on to indicate a recall was completed.

What exactly do you mean by euro delivered?

By my understanding all 3 series are imported to the states. If it were built for the euro market then the dash would not be in mph.

You order your car, pick it up in Germany, drive that bad boy around the continent and drop it off, they ship it to your dealer... And it's in mph and left hand drive and everything! Lol

It could have been left there by anyone.. The car could have been sat in a compound in the states and BMW could have flown some guys out from Germany to re work the car before it went out to the dealership.. They may have had it in their pocket...
