I just wanted to share my experience for people who are questioning or are uneducated on the use of e85 on the factory fuel system.

My mods are DCI's, FMIC, 3"dp's Cobb/bms flash and jb4. Everything else is stock minus changing plugs at 50k miles.

I routinely drive my car hard and lately have had several 15* cold starts using 100% e85.

The car dynoed 441whp and 483wtq which I have a separate thread for the dyno results

I have had zero issues with my car running this fuel the response and consistency are amazing and all the help from Terry at Burger Motorsports has been amazing. I just wanted to share my results and the fact that I don't have any issues and I will keep updating if any issues arise, I should mention that before the bms flash I was not able to run anymore than 50% e85 without issues.

Sure can. I also regularly send logs to Terry at least once a week.

Great! Did you mean you couldn't run more than 50% e85 before BMS flash. Not BMW?

No lsd? What tires do you run? I'm getting frustrated since I don't get traction anymore with e85 and have shredded a pair of Pilot Sport A/S within 10k miles :/ haha. Same mods as you minus the BMS flash

Honestly it's terrible. I've been averaging about 14.3mpg but there is a lot of full throttle throughout my tanks and mainly city driving. I used to average 19mpg on pump gas.

I'm basically getting what a 400hp car should get in town so I don't complain. I can get around 23mpg highway on e85.

I have been running same mods plus a couple more with now 60% E85 with the JB4 G5 ISO and BMS flash and have 0 issues. before the flash I have been running atleast 50% for more than 10 months straight. Every single tank. I as well post logs to Terry and so far everything seems to be spot on thank God!

Thanks for the post and please keep us updated every few months, curious if the fuel pumps and/or injectors will hold up... Awesome power!

Long term results will tell the tale. I'm willing to roll the dice though.

NICE, I have about 2,000 miles on a similar setup from Vishnu and LOVE The power. No issues on my car either.

I was considering a single turbo, but the 100% E85 provides more than enough power for the street.

I drove Shiv's car once and the damn thing is too scary to drive on the street IMO. Maybe I am just too Grandpa.

The E85 stuff is showing a ton of promise and bang for the buck, keep us updated on how your setup and holding up.

Agreed, we won't see anything change for at least a year or two, I'm interested to see what happens, but in the meantime I'll play the game

Good info OP!

Have you tested the ethanol that you get for content value? During these months you might only see an e70 or e75. What time of year was the dyno pull made?

I've been having issues with my car breaking up under high RPMs when running the autotune map with e85, which I was guessing was the LPFP. How many miles are on your car?
