Slight "J-brake" sound/feeling during braking ~40-60MPH
I replaced my rotors and pads with Akebono Euro pads, and Slotted rotors from http://brakeperformance.com
around 10k miles ago. I also replaced my brake fluid ~6000 miles ago with some blue stuff, can't remember but it was recommended on the forums. Over the last few weeks, I am experiencing what can only be described as something sounding slightly like a big-rig j-braking. It's not always audible, but when driving 40-60mph and applying moderate brake pressure, I hear a sound that sounds like a truck coming down an overpass from what I THINK is my front right wheel. Again, I don't always hear it, and sometimes I can feel the EVER so slightest shake, but it's barely noticeable most of the time. My thoughts are either a slightly warped rotor, or perhaps alignment issues, but I am sorta ruling out alignment due to the car driving straight if i center the wheel (does not pull left or right). Anyone have any ideas? Again, when I do hear it, it's very soft most of the time, and sometimes I don't hear/ feel anything, but when I do, it's around 40-60mph. FWIW, the car says to change brake pads in 13K/30K Thanks as always!
