Lowering an 07 320i

How likely am I to wreck my shocks if I just go with just springs rather than coilovers? Bearing in mind the road network here isn't that extreme..

A lot of people do it so not very likely..but you get what you pay for so coilovers are the way to go.

You can also get BC Racing which are linear springs for less than KW. I sat in a car with BC Racing and was very impressed. For that price might as well just do coilovers than springs.

Yah bc is good and linear springs are more performance oriented. But the only reason I went with kw because it has a lifetime warranty and I'm keeping this car for a while and I got a really good price

They are available in linear rates. If someone is interested, they need to ask the vendor specifically. The ones I was going to order were progressive in the front, I requested linear in the front and no extra charges were made for that option.
