Got rear ended - body shops in south bay area?

Hey guys so i got rear ended the other day and I need to get my bumper fixed.

1. Can anyone recommend any good body shops that I can trust with my car?

2. Do you think I can get this repaired and repainted or will i need a new bumper??

The damage is not bad but his license plate went into my bumper pretty deep.

I saw the sticky with the autoshop lists but I'm not sure if that is up to date...
Heres some pics

Yikes, on white too... Nah, it looks like you can just get it repaired.

B&S is amazing. They do all of the work for Mercedes, Audi, Porsche and BMW dealerships. But they are east bay. Dublin and San Ramon I believe.

Got rear ended also (about a week ago). Damage looks about the same as yours, although the hit was pretty decent.

Did your airbags go off? Mine didn't but it triggered an airbag and seat belt light on my dashboard.

Having adjuster stop by my work today to find out how much it will be to fix.

Bumper Solutions. Shop was recommended by Son Tran aka Curb Rash Master. He does work for high end dealerships. He's mobile too. Going to get some work done on Sunday morning.

800-782-1989 (business)
310-882-0280 (cell)

And his work is same day. If you go to a shop it will take a couple of days or longer.

I'm on the mobile app but if you mean South Bay Area as in NorCal, I recommend Reliance Autobody in San Jose. Tony and Tracy are great and super helpful.

Nah man I didn't have any lights go off. I stopped by B-line during lunch and got a $1800 quote for a new bumper and $1500 if they fix the old one. What kind of prices are you looking at for your repair?

I just got a quote from the other person's insurance: $942 WTF!?!?
I thought it was a joke at first. They want to use a recondition bumper and had 3 hours of labor for paint. I told them that this is a new car and I'm not accepting any recondition bumpers - not my fault of the accident and they need to make it right.

Anyways, there is no point of arguing with the adjuster. I know it is a low ball offer since I had an estimate of $1,000 to fix a small cosmetic scratch, and they want to give me $942 to replace the entire bumper.

My car was hit pretty hard, hence the trigger of airbag and seat belt signs. On the outside, the damage looks very similar to yours. I'll have to take it to a reputable shop and see what the real damage underneath the bumper.

Good luck with your claim. I hope it will be better than mine (since I'm dealing with the other person's shitty insurance).
