E92 wide body front end feeler

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
Hello Forum,

I'm testing waters on my e92 front end wide body setup. Included would be widened OEM fenders, widened front bumper (fog lights, lower grills), and OEM aero lip. Reason for sale is an M3 full body conversion.

Custom wide front fenders made by M1 auto body over an inch wider than stock.

Bumper was also extended over an inch to accommodate widened out fenders.

Fenders and bumpers will be sprayed with a fresh coat of paint and clear since the aero lip has minimal paint chipping. Will be painted AW unless someone is interested in purchasing and needs them sprayed in another color.

This is also a great opportunity for anyone involved in a front end collision.

Price is $850 with shipping included anywhere in the US

Located in Southern California - Downey

How are the fronts widened? fiberglass? Just curious since front e92 fenders are plastic.

And to run with an msport bumper, I'd need to have the bumper edge widened as well correct?

I will check with the shop, I had this done over two years ago and don't want to give any wrong info. I remember we talked about plastic welding as an option but will confirm.

Yes the msport bumper will require some modification to work with these fenders.

Thanks for the interest.

Bump, will also have for sale radiator support and hood. Both are in immaculate condition and will be up for sale at the end of the month or so.

Perfect for e90 guys who want an an aggressive e92 front end.

Shoot me some offers. Will receive a fresh coat of AW paint soon, unless someone wants it in another color.

What bumper would you try to get these on? They will not line up with stock e92 bumper or any replica.

My e92 bumper was also widened.

I think it's just unfortunate you did it on a stock bumper. Wish it was M sport or M3.

Have added pictures of work.
The fenders were extended with steel and attached to the fenders with poly-urethane. From what shop explained to me, this is the same material used to glue windshields, which is very durable.
So to answer your question, there was no fiber glass used. Had to get this verified before I could say otherwise.

More pics

A few more shots of bumper and aero lip. Everything has a fresh coat of paint and clear for new home.

Bought a crap load of packaging material for shipment, sale is still pending. May fall through the cracks.

Wow if this was with a M Sport bumper I'd buy it in a heartbeat than repainting my existing front end.
