Regrettably, I have decided to sell my BMW 335d. I have owned it for approximately 1.25 years and used the car primarily as my daily driver. I was previously an IT consultant and spent most of my time on the road for work. The 335d was my chariot for trips between Charlotte and Atlanta each week – 560 miles round trip where it averaged 34.1MPG without breaking a sweat. Not only that but compared to premium diesel is usually 30-50 cents cheaper per gallon! However, in the past 6 months, I have taken a local position in Atlanta and purchased a Z4 M Roadster as my fun new daily for my short commute to work.

The car has been well maintained throughout its life with me. I purchased it from United BMW Gwinnett as a CPO car with approximately 33k miles. It has been owned by one previous owner before me who appeared to have taken good care of the vehicle. I have the service records for all work that was done by the previous owner through the dealership as well as the maintenance which I performed during my ownership. Mechanically, all service is up to date and the oil was changed a minimum of once every 7,500 miles (half the regular 15,000 mile BMW recommended interval).

During my ownership, it was detailed & paint sealed every 6 months as well as washed regularly with high quality Chemical Guys products and microfiber towels – never an automated car wash. The paint is in good condition with the exception of the front bumper which due to the highway miles has noticeable rock chips and could use a re-spray at the next owner’s discretion – I tend to be a perfectionist so, you know . In addition to the front bumper, there are a couple of minor scratches that I have captured in the pictures below. The 18” sport package rims are blemish free with absolutely no curb rash or brake dust “speckling”. Overall, the exterior is in great shape and easily outshines the vast majority of E90’s on the road.

With regards to the interior, the car has never been smoked in. The seats do not have any noticeable bolster wear or other blemishes of any kind. I recently cleaned and reconditioned the leather with Leatherique so it’s good to go for the lucky next owner. Additionally, all of the switches, dash lights, cup-holders, etc. are in good working order with minimal wear. The car is equipped with the BMW infotainment system including GPS navigation, heated seats, heated steering wheel, paddle shifter (rare on the 335ds), rear window shades, park distance control, and several other options which you can view on the original window sticker. As you will notice, the car has nearly every option available on an E90 from the factory and had an original MSRP of over $55k.

The car has a clean CarFax and to my knowledge has never been an incident of any kind. I have the original window sticker, manual, both keys, and service records.

This car has been enthusiast owned by a 9 year BMWCCA club member. It was my 6th BMW and was replaced by my 7th (a 2006 BMW ZM Roadster with 18k original miles). Ideally, I’d love for this car to go to another enthusiast who will enjoy the vehicle and take good care of it.

Also, forgot to mention that this is covered under CPO warranty until 11/08/2017. The BMW CPO warranty can be transferred between private parties for a fee of $200. Definitely seems like a no brainer to me and covers you for approximately 1.5 years!
