Exclamation Window Regulator Issue

So I had my drivers rear window regulator fail last week (cable was all twisted up inside). I bought a replacement and installed it today. The window was working, rolling up, hitting top and going back down to 1/2 open. I was trying to get it to work properly following other forums without any luck. Now it stopped working, the window is all the way down. All other windows work, except this one. Neither the driver door switch or rear door switch do anything. I checked the fuse, all is good there. No matter what I do I can't get the regulator to move at all or even make a noise. Anyone know what I can do? Trying to avoid a trip to the dealership, I do have NCS Expert and INPA on my computer but don't know if that helps. Thanks in advance!

I did something similar to below after changing a rear regulator, but do not recall what exactly it was, but a quick search showed:

"Close the window. Hold the window switch until the window glass reaches the top of its travel. Open the window. Hold the window switch until the window glass reaches the bottom of travel. Activate one touch operation to close the window. Once the window closes, confirm that one touch operation works in both directions of the window glass travel. If so initialization is complete. If not, repeat the steps."

My issue was that the motor wasn't moving at all or making any noise. I disconnected the battery for a minute and when I reconnected it the motor was functioning again. Glad I didn't have to go to the dealer
