Help with sport seat swap!!!!

Hey guys

I have a 2011 e91 that I just bought sport seats for to swap out the old powered non-sport seats.

Supposedly the sport seats are also from 2011 and are powered

A few issues I need help that I have run into:

The passenger seat's harness attaches properly however, the forwards and backwards switch and the leaning forward and backwards switch works temporarily when first attached but stops sending power after not using it for a few seconds.

How do i fix this?

Second issue is that the seat's seatbelt attachment don't align with my previous seats and I have been under the impression that this swap should have been straight forward.
Photo 1 is my current non-sport seat's seatbelt attachment point

Photo 2 is the sport seats I am wanting to put into my car.

Any help is greatly appreciated as I am at a complete loss as on what to do here.

Looks like the sports seats you have may be from an E92 - do they have the backrest folding feature?

Yea^
The sport seats you have are from e92.
Only e90/1 share seats. That’s why seatbelt has no where to go.

Not sure if the movement of the seat is related to this.

Yes it turns out that they are from an e92...

Any chance I could drill and tap the metal to create a place for the bolt and seatbelt fastener to go?
