Be careful when doing this. I had bumper holes courtesy of my friendly dealer's license plate install. I bought spot putty, 2000 grit sand paper, and BMW Titanium Silber #354 paint and clearcoat set.
First i filled in the holes with spot putty, smoothed it out. Then i sanded it down, then i put touch up paint on the red spot putty areas. Then i sanded, wet sanded, sanded. long story short, it was a lot of work, and quite frankly, sanding sucks and you may sand down to the bottom revealing bumper/metal. The paint on the e90 is not very thick from my experience. |

The kit I recommended it easy to do and requires no sanding to the bumper. You would be foolish to sand the paint and make a small repair now more costlier than before.
