Alfa - no very long story to that car! Basically been in my family since 1967 when my grandma and grandad bought it in Italy, stayed with them and given to my mum for 18th, then it went to Germany, then to England (who said Alfas are unreliable???!) was the shopping and school run car while I was at school 2nd car I ever drove, I used it when MG B was not behaving / in garage then mum was going to give it to me for my 18th, had major problems with the '63 so had to sell the '67 to fund the '63!

All the rest, yes of course, who elses name would be on the log book? All my own cars in monetry terms as well before you ask

Loads of reasons to register a car in someone elses name.

Oooooooo do tell, why on earth would someone who paid for and own a car register it in someone elses name? Apart from if they had infact not paid for the car? Tax reasons is the only one I can think of.
