For Sale: US Spec Xenons

Item Interest

I am replacing my US Spec Xenons with Adaptive Euro's when they arrive. Therefore, the US specs are up for sale.

The lights: Adaptive Xenons with amber reflector. The lights include the xenon bulbs and ballast. The lights have been covered with the clear protective film from a clearbra, so if you wish to remove that, the front plastic is in perfect condition. Not a single scratch or chip on them as of now.

If you have halogens, you will need to purchase the retrofit kit, available on ebay through roveractive, or even your dealership. I do not know specifically what is needed if that is the route you need to go to install these. For those who are looking to replace a broken or scratched xenon headlamp or two, then this will be a direct plug and play.

PLEASE do not chime in with cracks at my asking price. It is what it is, and Im not willing to budge on it. I am looking for $800 plus shipping and packaging costs (which I would assume is about another $75-100 depending on where you live).

Check out the Halogen to Xenon conversion thread. It has been done by several members on here. You still have very short warning light in the cluster panel (no chime) if you just do the swap (not the complete retrofit) as described in the thread.

yeah it is pretty easy to do if you don't care about having them turn side to side when you turn the wheel or auto-level. You just take off the back cover and jump some wires to each other and ground one additional wire and that is it. I had halogens and got xenon's and couldn't be happier!!!!!!

That is the same as the factory price which is very fair. Plenty of members complaign that they should have ordered them. Well here is your chance and you get them for factory option price. Best of luck with the sale.

thks for the heads up e90 gang, let me readup the DIY. the last thing i want to happen is screw up ; when I turn on my headlights the radio comes on.

1. np...get them, they are awesome. the only tricky thing was the wiring. Just remember to ground the right side! LOL! Right Diesel? LOL!
