Clutch help, is mine out?

Hey guys, some specs on my car. Its a 2008 335i 6MT. Currently at 38000 miles. This was a CPO at 32500.

When i currently drive the car, the clutch rattles or it feels like its jumping? When i go into 1st gear, at the last second i release the clutch it has this rattle/ feeling. Then everytime i disengage the clutch in 1st and i am just rolling in neutral, then i reengage into 1st, it rattles/has like a wave feeling pretty bad, almost feels like my clutch plate is a wave. Same with going from 2nd to 1st, i feel the rattle/ wave feeling. Is this normal?

I get a sound when disengaging the clutch in first or reverse. I always thought it was chatter.
