i don't know if this counts as a mod...but this is how i mounted my gps. used a modified proclip from my previous car and ran the power wires<usb> to the center console. really secure but sometimes a pain that its not eye level but i like it.

Headlights look great and the m5 reps look 1000000x better than the old chrome wheels!
I also have my nuvi in the same place, but mine just sits there when I need it, maybe a diy in the future if I keep this car!

I originally sand blasted the chrome and painted them. It was ok but it still chipped and the break dust was hard to get off. I still have them and I re painted them with better paint and a better finish. May try to sell them one day. As for my new ones, I love them.
