Bumper!!!!
I just walked out to my car and noticed someone hit my front bumper!!!!! I was hoping to do a swap for M3 replica. I have an E92 335xi. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Well I guess you have enough motivation to do it. LTBMW or JGMODS others chime in

eBay. So long as you get a polyurethane/polypropylene version, it's the exact same bumpers the vendors are selling with an additional $150+ markup.

When I was looking at front bumpers, all signs pointed to JGMODs for quality and fitment. It would probably be better dealing with them vs eBay vendors for customer service as well. Check the vendor section in Classfieds.

modmy3 m3 replica is what I upgraded to when a goose happened to wobble across the road this spring...looks great but limited lip choices. I would go with an M-Tech style front instead of m3 replica, as there are more options for customization at a similar price

There are 1M bumpers out there that look real nice. If I needed a bumper, that would be my choice.

MTech looks really nice..That's what I had on my e92 335xi. There's a ton of lip choices too. M3 rep is really nice as well. It all depends on the look you're going for!
I bought the mtech front from JGMODS and everything was perfect

I already whored out my M-Sport bumper in your other thread. Just join the cool kids club. Unless you go M3 bumper with brake vents...

I got my M3 rep bumper for my E90 on Ebay I think the same supplier has one for E92's as well. Really affordable as well as free shipping and the fitment's great! The vendors cost more + shipping costs. I can't find the supplier since I can't log into my Ebay account atm and theres quite a few M3 reps out there so I don't want to link you the wrong one. Ill link you the page later if your still interested. |

IMHO get the mtech .. still looks aggressive plus you don't drive an M. I had m3 rep then swapped to mtech when I came to terms that I drive a 328. I like the mtech more anyway..
Also, since it was a hit and run, I'm assuming you're going through insurance and money wouldn't be an issue anyway. Have them pay for a mtech or m3 rep, if you're dead set on it, through a vendor for guaranteed fitment AND customer service purposes like others have mentioned. Got my mtech from JGMODS.. Jay is a great guy to work with and will help you through the process Just my .2 cents. Its your car .. do what makes you happy Goodluck |
