front speakers 'buzzing'
hi all
I have the logic7 in an E92. I have noticed that it makes a buzzing noise from the front left and right speakers over 75mph which get louder the faster you go. the only problem is that no BMW garage will legally take your car to that speed and above! Any thoughts on what i can do?!? Ta S |

Throw a massive hissey fit.
They can't legally do it, but take the service manager out with you. Seems to me it's BMW's duty to respond to your problem, if they need to pay to put it on a transporter and drive it to an autobahn that's THEIR problem. Alternatively why not suggest they hire out Millfield for a day at their expense so they can re-create it. I think if you phrase this just right with customers in earshot the service manager might just suggest you take him for a quick 80mph motorway spin. SJ |

Sounds like you are picking up a harmonic from your alternator or an ancillery motor maybe air con compressor? switch off climate and try.
You can recreate the speed - take the car onto a dyno run. 4th gear 100mph+
