it's the buyers and seller fault. One for not asking detailed pics of used wheels other not specifying damages. Who doesn't get insurance while shipping wheels? Pls he clearly jumped on these wheels because of price which is fair for damaged wheels. I agree the seller should credit him $50 but that it.
