Try emailing him asking for a refund or file a dispute with paypal or your credit card company if you want your money back.

He did. We tried to summarize it here in this thread.

Mainly he said that he is a legit company and a scammer wouldn't go through so much trouble by actually providing bumpers.

He also stated anyone who had asked for a refund was given their money back. But this is a lie as many did not receive money at the time he posted. In fact many had not even received any response from him.

This was also mentioned when he explained why he does not post regularly. He doesn't have time to be on e90post "24/7" and has other things to do like replying to messages and emails.

But it's obvious that he now only posts a few times a month when previously it was almost daily. Even a simple "all PM's and questions replied to" could help but instead he remained silent and only engaged in a few text messages with local members wanting to pick up a bumper in person.

Hindsight is 20/20 my friend.

At the time MME had sold plenty of things to members and was (still is) a registered e90post vendor.

The only thing was that the bumpers needed to be produced, it was clear that they were not in stock to be shipped in two days.

This thread isn't to belittle those who have lost money or came close to doing so. It's purpose is to warn those so that they don't make the same mistake.

Another issue with Andrey saying that he has no connection to JC Sportline and that they took his pictures is that JC Sportline has pics that were never even posted publicly, but match with what Taran said was "his bumper being test fitted" so there's one more lie.

I asked for a refund and was pmed by Andrey asking to please reconsider. I let him know that paypal and my credit card provider were involved. I was not going to have someone hold my money hostage. My bank returned the money same day no issues.

Yea. There wasn't enough proof to reconsider. And if I ended my claim I would be unable to start another if need be and then I'm SOL

He did, in the E90 thread. But the post literally lasted all of a couple seconds before the entire thread was deleted. So only a couple people saw it.

Now, those members who didn't see it will panic for who knows how long before the new thread is ever put up.
