I don't think the gear ratio matters, I am pretty sure it will not work for you because yours is welded.

The ring and pinion is what gives the gear ratio not the diff.

Since this will fit my 12/06 build date 07 335i I'll post an offer of $695 which yes is $200 less than asking but $695 more than I've seen offered on this thread. I will be optimistic and hope you say yes. If it's a decline it is still a free bump =)

It will fit auto or manual if it is the right build date. Find your car on the chart and if your ring gear is BOLTED and your housing type is LARGE it should fit.
