Again. 30 vs 35 is meaningless without treadwidth. A 235/35-19 has less rubber between the rim and is a smaller outer diameter than a 305/30-19.
235 ×.35= 82 mm of sidewall
305 x 30= 92 mm of sidewall
I'm going with
245/35-19 front, 86 mm of sidewall and the 305/30-19 rear on mine. I'm going to need custom offset and fender roll to fit the 305 beasts.

Those are good tires. I prefer Michelin because they last longer so you get more miles per dollar.
Can't argue that.

Yeah. I've had Michelin pilot super sports, Michelin Pilot Sport A/S-2, continental DW, DWS, Bridgestone RE 960, and some random Kumho tires I needed to get when I had a flat 200 miles from home. The PSS and DW were the two best but the PSS was by far the better overall. I'm looking at Bridgestone Potenza RE-71 tires because I need more grip with the extra power.

I have my shop reuse or get them as needed. Half the time they need replacing. Auto parts store delivers them. I think they were like 8-25$ per kit.I'd call the tire shop and ask.I'm on steroids number 12 of new tires now so it's a non event in my life.

Yes. No problems. Front offset for me is 30, rear 35 and I fit 245 front, 275 rear. I'd get 235 front as your offset is more inward.

So 235 and 275? What would be correct specs 235 35 19 and 275 30 18?
Since these are 18s what are some things that should i do to get a good stance? I'm rookie as well so please don't mind

Most people prefer Michelin pilot A/S 3 or Continental DWS. I'd look at those. I live in Florida so no all season for me.

Continental are the ones I have now on 17s, so I'll stick to their brand.
My xi has sports suspension, so 275/35/18 would still fit right? No fender roll needed?

My e93 335i is sport suspension. The physical size of the tire I recommended is virtually identical to mine and I have no rubbing issues with 9.5 wide wheels et.35. As long as you have similar offset you should be fine.
