Need to bounce this idea..
Sup guys,
Let me preface this by saying, Although I was debating on 18's, I think Im going to keep my stock 16s..I like the oem, clean look, and let me also say that this is an idea I just had while looking at the grass? Maybe I should keep looking to get a better idea. As some of you know, Long Island's roads are shit, and they are akin to what The British was to Heath Ledger in The Patriot, or the T rex to that guy in the bathroom in Jurassic Park. Now, I want to change the look of my car by powder coating my rims, I was leaning towards grey, however, Im also content on leaving them alone. I just want to change the look a small amount, but keeping the OEM an classy look of a BMW. **To everyone that will say, "lol don't listen to what we want get what you want" I want to bounce ideas, I like to listen to what people have to say, and I have exhausted my own avenues of the process, I now come to ya'll** Here is how my car stands now:

Keep them the stock color, they compliment the black nice. I'm more of a keep it oem guy now. Changing them to gray wouldn't be much of a difference and would make them look more "plain" to say.

I've got stock 17s for sale if you wanted to keep it oem. Style 284 I believe.

Those wheels are tiny. They just don't look right.
If you want to keep the OEM look, buy some bigger OEM wheels...or slap some BBS LM reps on there and call it a day. |

Sorry, but the 16's don't look classy at all. They make the car look very cheap. Sticking with the OEM look is fine but, at least go with OEM 17's or 18's.

Some oem 18's will improve looks immensely, roads are terrible here too and the 18's are fine, you could go non run flat and they will ride even better!

For the two years I had the car I could never find wheels I loved...so I stayed with the OEM 16s, which is obviously compromising the looks of the car. I thought since they were OEM, they didn't suck that bad, but like I just stated they are still cramping the aesthetics of the car.
With that being said, I think I'll expand my search area and go 17 or 18's OEM
