2008 M3 on E9x
I was wondering if somebody could post a diy to put the 2008 m3 parts on the non-m3 e9x's? sometime in the near future
There is one like it but for the E46 http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=426625 Im just thinking we could use an update. I would like to put the air intakes on the side put the hood on and change the front and rear bumper. People add what you would like to see. Lets just hope someone knows how to do this "transformation." (by the way what does this smiley mean = I dont get the thing on his face) |

better to wait for a replica kit coz you'd have to basically redress the entire car to install the M3 kit. You need:
new front bumper (with internal bumper guards, etc.) new set of headlights (E92 style) new set of fenders (both front and rear), installation of the rear require cutting your stock fenders off your car..... new sideskirts new rear bumper new exhaust new trunk spoiler At this point, it's 100% impractical to install those parts.

i dont understand people who want there car to look like an m3 and put m3 badges on a non-m3 car. thats just so poser-ish and rice. just do something different and make it look better than an M.
