Rear Ventilation Flap (LIN) 9C50

I've been getting "Rear Ventilation Flap (LIN) 9C50" (low signal/weak signal). I've tried to clear this a few times but it keeps on coming back. Anyone knows what this is and how to fix this?

Some googling comes up with a problem in the ventilation system. My guess would be that the flap that sends air through the console to the rear seats is malfunctioning.
