Hey guys,

This winter is almost over. Great lakes dragaway in union grove is going to be open on April 6th. The track is FREE for the day. Hopefully the weather permits. April 6th is a Sunday. Me, Vinod, and Nick will be at Streets of Wooldfield in Schaumburg again. We will meet at top floor of the garage at 8:30am and then ride out to Union grove. Any one and any car is welcome to join us. Lets kick this spring off with a bang. Please just drop a note if your comeing along or PM me if you have any ?'s

I'm pretty sure Sunday April 6 is good for me. I read your original post and now it says Sunday... You did originally put down Saturday, right???

The race between me and Vince should be a stunner no? Ill actually have the same mods as him then. Getting my DP's installed tom and intake on Friday. Just curious though, why are you so against JB? You can ask vince, JB2H is the same as a V2 stock....V2 Race map = JB2H+R....

I've got absolutely no beefs with the JB/Terry whatsoever, not sure where that came from.

Unless something important comes up, I'm there on Sunday the 6th.

Sorry for blowing up, just getting pisted off with the 50+ Pm's ive recieved on how procede V2 is wayyyyyy better than JB. Which is obiously not the case, the only thing procede has on JB is that it is wayyyy more expensive.

As for my predictions, If both cars run right which there will be absolutly no excuses. The XI off the line should take around 1-2 car lead on the launch and if both cars make simliar power, which they should since we have the same mods. The lead may stay that way down the track. Both cars will be with in .1xx of each other. The Xi has the advantge due to its launching capabilities.

I will also be taking our C6 procharged Vette, need to tune it as we go down the track. LOL

Should be a fun day.

As long as the weather holds up and im able to throw on my new rims and tires by then, Im game. I get the rims this week, just going to hold off on putting them on because of the badass potholes we have here. Sucks.

I bought m6 reps almost 2 months ago and they have been sitting in the basement for the same reason. Heck, I have barely even driven my 335 during that time. This weather sucks!

I just might put on some DRs for this, if someone could confirm that 275s will actually fit on the 189 wheel.

You guys know its going to be jam packed though right? We honestly are better off probably going to Byron. Im game for still trying GLD but its going to be packed. Everyone is getting the racing itch. lol Probably only get a run or two in for the day at GLD.
