battery too old? ABS and brake light comes on

this happens to me daily while driving http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=472579

for the past week not sure whts wrong i read that it could be the battery

are you getting long cranks when you start your car? slow cranking would indicate a low battery, but it may or may not cause the issues you are describing.

You can check your battery connections (make sure they are still tight). Maybe the lead to your amp is faulty and causes the radio to cut out.

very very rarely do i get slow cranking ill check the connections as i do have a capacitor/amp hooked up to the battery too

that is very weird. I've seen very strange/random things happen with a bad grounding cable though. I'd re-check your stereo install and also be sure to check your grounds.
