Place to work on car in/close to Manhattan

Anyone have any recommendations? I live in lower Manhattan and I wanted to do that DIY paint your lower mesh grills flat black...but I don't have a place to do it! My garage won't let me...

I was thinking about driving out of the city to find a place, but where?!

Any recommendations for this would be extremely helpful!

I am getting the aero lip attached on Friday and I wanted to do this tomorrow so if I dropped a bit on the bumer it would be covered by the aero lip anyway.

Thanks!

yeah bro... did in my driveway in about an hour or 2. Just get some spraypaint, blue painters tape and a few different sized paint brushes. Tape the bumper around the mesh so u don't get any paint on the bumper. Spray the paint into a plastic bowl/container, dip the brush in it and paint away. do 1 coat wait 10/15 mins, then do another... i did about 4 coats and it looks fine.
