Place to work on car in/close to Manhattan
Anyone have any recommendations? I live in lower Manhattan and I wanted to do that DIY paint your lower mesh grills flat black...but I don't have a place to do it! My garage won't let me...
I was thinking about driving out of the city to find a place, but where?! Any recommendations for this would be extremely helpful! I am getting the aero lip attached on Friday and I wanted to do this tomorrow so if I dropped a bit on the bumer it would be covered by the aero lip anyway. Thanks! |

yeah bro... did in my driveway in about an hour or 2. Just get some spraypaint, blue painters tape and a few different sized paint brushes. Tape the bumper around the mesh so u don't get any paint on the bumper. Spray the paint into a plastic bowl/container, dip the brush in it and paint away. do 1 coat wait 10/15 mins, then do another... i did about 4 coats and it looks fine.
