I have a question guys, can you guys help me out.
Last saturday i washed my car and when i was waxing it i saw some condensation within the headlight. That night the low beam started flickering and i got a message saying low beam malfunction. Then sunday night the low beam would not turn on at all. I took the car in for service today. A couple hours later i called in and my SA told me that the entire headlight was taken apart so it could not be covered under warranty. I honestly find this BS, how changing out the bulbs and HIDs would void the warranty and constitute as "the entire headlight was disassembled." Anyone have any ideas on what i should do in this situation or how i should handle it? Thanks Dont give me the crap like i should have taken the bulbs out..etc. i was in a situation where i didnt have time to do everything (long story) and i just really needed it fixed. Also, IMHO changing bulbs is not a valid reason to void warranty. What if my stock bulbs died out how had to be replaced with OEM bulbs. Same thing correct?
