Anyone able to get rid of the trimming around the window?

I really don't like the silver trimming around the window of my black 08' 335xi coupe. I was wondering if anyone in the area could point me in the right direction on how to get rid of it. (Any shops which can do this?) Or if someone might be kind enough to do it for me (for a price of course) or just give me a hand...

EDIT: I found a kit on ebay but dont know how well it is or how hard to install

is this how most ppl get rid of the ugly trimming?

Never used them though, so no experience to share.

I think somewhere on the forum, somebody did a DIY job or used a body shop for painting (can't remember for sure), might want to search for those threads.
