recall for airbag?

hi,i just heard the news and said bmw will need to recall 06 3-series for replace air bag.is anyone know about that?

I just read about it from Reuters today. Does anyone know whether this covers every 2006 3'er or just a limited VIN range? Either way I'll call the dealer tomorrow but I was just curious.
