Body shop advice
So a guy swerved into my lane and tagged my 4800 mile 2008 335i two blocks from my house... Pisser. He has geico and has admitted fully so it's covered. Geico recommends one of their "premier" shops b/c if "there is anything wrong with the repair they'll fix it for the life of the car." I've got an estimate/drop off for repair/rental car pick up appointment on Wednesday at Signature Collision Centers, (202) 543-5333, 1323 E St Se, Washington, Washington D.C. 20003. Anyone heard of them?
I googled and there was one review of a guy pissed b/c of late delivery but that's it. Anyone had any experience with Signature? Geico's "premier body shops?" Any and all advice is appreciated. The car will definitely need a new bumper skin, front passenger quarter panel, headlight and foglight. That's as much as I can tell. |

I have never heard of them but I would always take my car to a body shop that I trust. The guy hit you so you should be able to take your car to the place that would make you the happiest. The body shop I would recommend is Wagonwork in Alexandria, VA. They have always done the body work on all of my cars. Insurance companies hate Wagonwork because of the price.

I would recommend Wagonwerks as well. took my wife's White Audi TT there for front end damage. They did a very good job. When we traded the car in at Carmax, they could not even tell that the car had been in an accident.
They tend to be very busy though. Good Luck.
